Tony’s maritime heritage runs deep, with a family legacy in marinas and a lifetime spent on the water. As a licensed and accomplished captain, he is a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging his extensive personal network to go above and beyond in cultivating and maintaining exceptional relationships.
Felicia Andjel
Chief Commercial Officer & Partner
Felicia has worked in yachting for 15 years as a trusted Owners Representative on the new build and subsequent charter & management of yachts including; 50m Rossi Navi PARAM JAMUNA, 75m Abeking & Rasmussen CLOUDBREAK, 80m Oceanco AALTO (now BATELLO) and 111m Lurssen ALAIYA. Felicia joined Kitson Yachts in 2024 to manage client relations across new build, sales and charter. Successfully completing charters this season on yachts including KISMET and RENAISSANCE, CCSUMMER, ALFA NERO.
Jennifer McGregor
Head of Charter
Jennifer brings more than a decade of senior charter management and experience, developed within some of the industry’s most respected brokerage houses. She began her career at Merle Wood & Associates before spending over six years in Charter Management at Burgess, most recently, serving nearly five years as Charter Management Director at FGI. She is known for building long-term, trust-based relationships with owners and for designing thoughtful, disciplined charter programs that balance revenue performance with asset protection and an exceptional guest experience.

Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
With over five years of experience in the yachting industry and digital marketing, Max brings a refined understanding of brand building and audience engagement. He began his career by founding a yachting-focused social media brand, collaborating with leading firms across the industry to produce high-impact content driven by strategy, creativity, and growth. Since joining Kitson in 2024, Max has leveraged his marketing expertise to thoughtfully showcase the exceptional experiences and lifestyle that define yachting at the highest level.
Steven Andereck

Steven grew up on the water, developing a love for yachting from a very young age. After graduating from the University of Tennessee, he co-founded a successful company spanning two states and 40+ locations. In 2015, following his passion, Steven relocated to Fort Lauderdale to pursue a career in yachting. Known for his in-depth knowledge of yachts, he has built lasting relationships with clients and industry professionals alike. Recognizing that every situation is unique, Steven approaches each with the utmost integrity and professionalism, earning the trust of his clients year after year.
Luke Gonzalez

Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Luke’s lifelong connection to the water began at an early age. Growing up surrounded by the ocean, he developed a deep passion for boating, diving, and fishing. His early hands-on experience working and interning at several of Fort Lauderdale’s premier shipyards.
After earning his degree from the University of Florida, Luke launched his career with the nation’s largest boat and yacht retailer. Over nearly six years, he quickly distinguished himself as a top-producing sales professional, recognized for his performance and commitment to delivering an unparalleled client experience. His proven track record of success in high-value transactions and long-term client relationships reflects his dedication to excellence and his genuine passion for the boating lifestyle.
